Hope Kronman, MD, PhD

CO-LEAD CREATOR

Hope Kronman, MD, PhD, has spent the last 13 years exploring the intersection of neuroscience, psychiatry, and human flourishing. Her early training was in molecular neuroscience and conventional psychiatric approaches. Along the way, an interest in ritual and plant medicine blossomed into a new path of inquiry. This helped her begin to form a bridge in her service work between modern western and global traditional paradigms of healing. She is now building her own practice of psychospiritual care, rooted in the notion that we heal by reintegrating ourselves into the rhythms of the natural world.

Over the last two years, her studies in Andean nature mysticism have deepened her personal path and her clinical work. She has come to trust more fully in the transformative power of presence, compassion, and humility. Again and again, she has witnessed how healing unfolds when we learn to listen to one another, and to the wisdom of the more-than-human world.

She has long held the dream of weaving together ancient and modern ways of knowing in the realm of healthcare. Eagle Condor’s program for healthcare practitioners is a living expression of that vision, shared by many, and she is thrilled to be involved in its emergence and evolution.
