Dear Friends,

For more than a decade now, the Eagle Condor Council and Golden Threads have built a strong foundation and have fostered communities-of-practice across the USA and England. We have served thousands of people in our workshops and healing circles. And we are poised to amplify our impact.

At a time when the world feels so deeply tumultuous and frightening, the Eagle Condor Council and Golden Threads mission is more relevant than ever.  Drawing on Andean and other mystical traditions, we foster harmony with Mother Earth and the sacred intelligence at work in the universe. The time-honored wisdom and practices we share provide individuals and communities with lasting positive impacts. This is why we are writing to ask for your help.

We are doing more and being asked to do more than ever. In order to step into the immense opportunity we are called to serve, we cannot do it alone. Beyond growing our community, we need to grow our base of financial supporters who will bolster our mission to serve in these challenging times.

Over the last decade, the Eagle Condor Council and Golden Threads have:

  • Evolved the ECC Healing and Intensive and Mystery School through 19 completed cohorts; grown our reach beyond the US into England.

  • Trained two groups of ECC teachers and developed two training manuals, totaling 300+ pages.

  • Developed a 5-part mystery school, an introductory program in Andean Nature Mysticism, and numerous advanced programs.

  • Developed eco-spiritual travel and pilgrimage to sacred sites in Peru. These travel programs foster familial relationships with our teachers and their communities in places like the noted weaving community of Chinchero and the community of Pacchanta at the foot of Mount Ausangate.

  • Served over 4000 attendees in our workshops, healing circles.

  • Developed a widely distributed newsletter, social media presence, website and extensive on-line portal to support our students.

  • Created partnerships with the two premier personal development retreat destinations in the Americas: The Omega Institute and Kripalu Institute. As well as partnerships with these influential retreat destinations: Growing Heart Sanctuary (NY), Laughing Waters Retreat (NV) and Twin PondSanctuary (VT).

  • Pioneered a fair-trade artisan textiles program, through the leadership of Golden Threads, that helps our teacher communities be more economically resilient.

  • Initiated a documentary series co-produced and narrated by the noted eco-spiritual advocate Céline Cousteau (granddaughter of Jacques Cousteau) to support young people in the struggle with climate-narrative derived anxiety and depression.

  • Spearheaded fundraising activities in times of crisis for our communities. During Covid, we provided support in Peru to over 60 families in the form of food, clothing, blankets and infirmary supplies.  Our founders traveled to Peru during these difficult times and oversaw the operation.  In the wake of the Hurricane Helene disaster, we raised funds to help elders and other earth-based spiritual organizers recover from the damage.

Building on these successes, we are developing a strategic service-oriented growth plan.  In the short term, we need to raise $25,000 by the end of December to ensure the following initiatives are supported:

  • Communications and Outreach: Further development of our website and podcast These platforms are critical in expanding reach.

  • Education: The documentary as an effective means to increase visibility and influence while providing solutions to a mental health crisis.

  • Program Expansion: Teacher training as a way to exponentially broaden our impact.
