BASIC ÑUSTA COURSE SERIES

The Basic Ñusta Mesa Series is an introduction to the Ñusta teachings and the Sacred Divine Feminine of the Andean tradition.

Throughout the series, participants are introduced to the Ñustas and the unique qualities, wisdom, and energies each carries. These teachings offer an opportunity to deepen our relationship with the feminine forces of nature while cultivating greater balance, connection, and awareness within ourselves.

Each class explores an individual Ñusta through teaching, reflection, and guided practice. Participants will also receive guidance for connecting with and activating the corresponding Kuya, gradually creating and developing their own Ñusta Mesa.

This foundational series may be experienced on its own or as preparation for deeper Ñusta teachings, including the Pleiades Ñusta Course Series.
